Ongoing counsel
Ongoing counsel addresses recurring business contracts and governance, personal contracts, family ownership and estate-plan updates.
Recurring matters identified in the engagement agreement.
Hourly, fixed, phased or periodic fees as agreed for the work.
Scope and fees are set in writing before work begins.
Matters are handled directly by the responsible attorney. Documents are exchanged and signed electronically, and the firm serves clients throughout Montana.
